About this role:

The Quality Improvement Coordinator/In-Service Education role is responsible to lead our QAPI program and support performance improvement across clinical care, compliance, and patient satisfaction. Also oversees staff education, orientation, Nurse Aide Training, and supervises Infection Prevention and Employee Health.

What we are looking for:

  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse
  • Three (3) years’ experience in a Health Care setting providing direct patient care.
  • Organized, dependable, and willing to learn
