Clinic Coordinator
About this role:
Supports the Director of Clinical Operation in the daily management of the Rural Health Clinic. This working supervisor role combines direct patient care, staff leadership, quality improvement, and operational coordination to ensure efficient, high-quality, patient-centered services in a rural setting.
What we are looking for:
- Current Montana licensure as RN, LPN or Medical Assistant (CMA) strongly preferred
- Previous leadership or charge/supervisory experience preferred
- BLS certification required. Experience with regulatory requirements preferred
- Experience in a Rural Health Clinic or Critical Access Hospital preferred
