Director of Finance
Description: Responsible to provide the leadership and direction for the financial services of Sheridan Memorial Hospital Association (SMHA). Ensures the delivery of quality, cost-effective health care services in line with the mission, vision, values, and goals of SMHA. Accountabilities areas include finance, revenue cycle, payroll and supply chain operations. Responsible for program/business development, quality of services, short- and long-range planning directly related to these areas, achievement of goals and objectives, fiscal control and responsibility to manage revenue and costs, interdepartmental and intradepartmental relations, and personnel management.
Hours: Full-time position. 40 hours/week. 1.00 FTE. Monday-Friday. Benefit Eligible.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance Required
•Master’s Degree in Business or Health Care Administration and/or Certified Public Accountant Preferred
•Minimum 3-5 years of management/leadership experience, preferably in a integrated health care delivery system related to the above tasks, knowledge, skills and abilities.
•Current Montana driver’s license and the ability to be insured to operated SMHA’s vehicles
•Or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered as it relates to the above
