Activity Director
About this role:
Responsibilities include planning, organizing, developing, coordinating, and directing our facility activities program in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern such programs. Participates in the development and implementation of activity care plans and resident assessments. Assists with completion of the MDS on all new admissions, quarterly and annually. Develops and maintains department policies and procedures.
