Leana Kolbeck, OT, Rehab Director

Leana completed her Occupational Therapy degree at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She has been an OT for 15 years and initiated her practice in Phoenix, AZ at Barrow Neurological Institute, specializing in Neuro Rehab. Her next adventure took her to Seattle, WA and Swedish Hospital where she treated patients with orthopedic injuries, general medical conditions and cardiac rehab patients.

Leana is a certified LSVT BIG therapist and enjoys working with individuals that have Parkinson's Disease as well as children with sensory issues. She loves working in a small community and the opportunity to provide services in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient and the school setting.

Leana's passion includes any physical activity outdoors but she especially loves running and hiking.
